This policy explains what TriTerra LLC (“TriTerra”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use triterrallc.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us

When you submit our estimate request form, we collect:

Your name
Your phone number and email address
The property address or area you want cleared
The service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field
Whether you opted in to receive text messages

We ask for this so we can contact you, prepare an estimate, and schedule an on-site visit. We do not ask for payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit - IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or search that referred you.

Analytics and advertising tools

Meta Pixel. Measures the effectiveness of our advertising and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site. Meta may combine this with data it already holds about you.
Microsoft Clarity. Records aggregated usage - clicks, scrolling, and session replays - so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it.
Elfsight. Displays our Google reviews on the site. The widget loads from Elfsight’s servers when you scroll to it, and receives your IP address and browser information in the process.

These are third-party tools operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation respectively, along with Elfsight, and their own privacy policies govern what they do with the data they receive.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, separate terms apply, including how to stop them. See ourMobile Terms. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of hiring us, and we do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

Email and text. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us in any reply, and we will stop.
Cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Access and deletion. Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below. We will respond as the law requires.
Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
