Mobile Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by TriTerra LLC(“TriTerra”). By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms.
What you are signing up for
When you check the consent box on our estimate form, or otherwise give us express written consent, you agree to receive text messages from TriTerra about your enquiry and your project. These include:
- Confirmation that we received your request
- Scheduling your on-site visit, and reminders about it
- Your estimate, and follow-up about it
- Updates about work in progress on your property
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to get an estimate or to hire us - you can call us instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your project. Most people receive a handful of messages around scheduling and the estimate itself.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. TriTerra does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Check your plan if you are unsure.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you sign up once more.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Supported carriers
Our messaging works with major U.S. carriers. Carrier support can change without notice, and not all carriers or devices are supported.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.Your number is shared only with the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Changing your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us, so we do not text someone who never signed up.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
